Generic Actos is an oral diabetes medicine that is used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It helps in controlling the blood sugar levels. The process further facilitates the increment of glucose reuptake from the body tissues. It may be recommended to patients to use this medication with insulin but it does not mean that it can be used for treating type 1 diabetes.

Generic Actos is prescribed for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Since it brings steadiness to the blood sugar levels, Generic Actos also helps in keeping safe from the side effects of diabetes, including kidney problems, nerve problems, cardiovascular diseases and blindness.
