Pankajakasthuri is an age-old herbal formula that is used to treat and prevent respiratory problems caused by pollution. It is prepared by combining rare herbs and ingredients approved by the ancient ayurvedic texts.


The regular use of Generic Pankajakasthuri helps in building improved immunity against certain health problems like asthma, eosinophlia, allergic bronchitis, sneezing and chronic cough.

Piper nigrum,Piper longum, Cinnamomum cassia,Withania somnifera,Tamarindus indica,Cuminum cyminum,Aegle marmelos,Adhatoda vasica,Terminalia chebula, Zingiber officinale,Elettaria cardamomum,Terminalia bellerica,Sugar candy,Tragia involucrate,Rubia cordifolia are the active ingredients in the composition.

Important Precautions

Though herbal medications are not known of causing many problems, there are certain precautions that one should take. Always take the medicine as and when prescribed by the doctor. Do not increase the amount or frequency of the medicine intake, without consulting your doctor. Do not take it on empty stomach; it should be taken after meals. Do not take the medicine with milk if you are lactose intolerant. In addition, women who are pregnant, or trying to get pregnant or are breastfeeding an infant, must consult their doctor before taking such herbal preparations.

Dosage and administration

The medicine should be taken as prescribed by the ayurvedic doctor. Normally, adults are given a dose one tablespoon or 15 g, two times in a day. It should be taken after breakfast and dinner. For children, the dose is reduced to half. Children should take this medicine with milk or honey.
