Triomune is a grouping of 3 drugs commonly known as Nevirapine, Stavudine and lamivudine. It is meant to manage the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection. Nevirapine is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor, whereas Stavudine and lamivudine comes from the nucleoside analogue class of antiretroviral drugs.
